I have heard that my gg grandfather, Edouard Thibodeau, had Native American ancestors. His family is listed as Louis Thibodeau, Timothee, Michel, Michel Thibodeau and Pierre Thibodeaux. If anyone has information about this family, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks, Barbara

Her brother Bernard was in the 1686 Mirligueche census was at 25 listed with a 18 year old spouce (who may have been Micmac. family oral tradition not in DGFA) Brother Claude -m- Marie Therese (Amerindienne) abt 1686. In 1708 Census listed under Indians of Mouscoudabouet not with the Frenchmen. Her sister Marguerite children Son Charles (may have been married to Morning Star Micmac. family oral tradition not in DGFA) Son Jean-Baptiste Guedry -m- Madeleine Mius d'Azy d/o Philippe & Marie (Amerindienne) Son Paul -m- Anne-Marie Madeleine sister Marguerite daughters in law Anne-Marie & Madeleine sister married Rene Grand-Claude (Amerindien) s/o Grand-Claude & Marie Medosset Margurite husband Claude Gue'dry first had a daughter with Kesk8a (Amerindienne) So Both Micmac & metis and (Petty) Nobility; visitors & "Family" Do you want me to look for more?
