To: LtCol rock USMC (Ret) <ppeters009@gmail.com> | | | | | 20 years from now, I will be in Heaven - This was written by a woman born in Egypt as a Muslim. Make sure you read the paragraph ( in red ) toward the end. Joys of Muslim Women By Nonie Darwish In the Muslim faith a Muslim man can marry a child as young as 1 year old and have sexual intimacy with this child. Consummating the marriage by 9. The dowry is given to the family in exchange for the woman (who becomes his slave) and for the purchase of the private parts of the woman, to use her as a toy. Even though a woman is abused she cannot obtain a divorce. To prove rape, the woman must have (4) male witnesses. Often after a woman has been raped, she is returned to her family and the family must return the dowry. The family has the right to execute her (an honor killing) to restore the honor of the family. Husbands can beat their wives 'at will' and he does not have to say why he has beaten her. The husband is permitted to have (4 wives) and a temporary wife for an hour (prostitute) at his discretion. The Sharia Muslim law controls the private as well as the public life of the woman. (In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in Canada, Australia, the U.S. And Britain To elect the heads of Government by themselves! Rest assured they will do so... You can look at how they have almost taken over several towns in the USA.. Dearborn Mich. is one and there are others.. Britain has several cities now with Sharia Law controlled zones, totally controlled by Muslims) I think everyone in Canada, Australia, the U.S And Great Britain should be required to read this, but with the ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us sends it on! It is too bad that so many are disillusioned with life and Christianity to accept Muslims as peaceful.  Some may be but they have an army that is willing to shed blood in the name of Islam. The peaceful support the warriors with their finances and own kind of patriotism to their religion. While Canada, Australia, the U.S.A. and Britain are getting rid of Christianity from all public sites and erasing God from the lives of children the Muslims are planning a great jihad on North America, Australia and Britain. This is your chance to make a difference!Pass it on to your email list or at least those you think will listen. Some of those I'm sending it to WILL NOT! However By doing NOTHING! you do nothing for your grand-children... especially your GRAND DAUGHTERS... give that a minute to sink in.. want to pass it along now?                           | | | | | | | Virus-free. www.avg.com |

    1. Re: [Acadian-Cajun] Two Joseph RICHARDs
    2. Thanks, Paul, but this Joseph RICHARD does not seem to a candidate for the burial record, either. I have sent for a copy of the original and will notify the list when it arrives. This Joseph RICHARD who married Pelagie BABIN on 18 Jun 1787 at St. James, LA is an interesting case. Eileen Larré Behrman, trans, St. James Parish, Louisiana, Colonial Records, 1782-1787 (MacBean Press, 1981), pp. 59-60. Abstract #221 for year 1787, found on pp. 541-545 of "Spanish Land Grants," Book II as document #357: Marriage contract dated 18 Jun 1787 between Joseph RICHARD, son of the late Amant RICHARD & Marie BREAUX, native of the Parish of St. Gabrielle of Manchac; and Pelagie BABIN, daughter of the late Jean Jacques BABAIN & Margueritte BABIN [sic, for LANDRY]. Pelagie had apparently married over a year earlier at St. James to Pierre ARESENEAU III. She would have been only about 14 years old. Perhaps that was the basis for the annulment. Diocese of Baton Rouge, Catholic Church Records, vol. 2, 1770-1803 (Baton Rouge, LA, 1980), p. 27. Pedro [ARSENAULT], son of Pedro & Maria GODE [sic, for GODIN], married 6 Apr 1786 to Pelagia BABE [sic], daughter of Santiago [BABIN] & Margarita LANDRI of Lafourche. Witnesses: Josef BUSUA [BOURGEOIS]; Francisca SABA [SAVOIE?]. Recorded in St. James Church, St. James, LA (SJA-2, 2). [The very next entry shows a marriage of Pedro [ARSENAULT] (parents not given) on 24 Apr 1787 to Angela BURSUA [BOURGEOIS] (parents not given) (SJA-2, 3). The marriage register has the entries on consecutive pages. There is no entry in the transcriptions under the bride's name.] Pelagie then remarried to Joseph RICHARD, again just over a year after the first marriage, which was annulled according to SAW in DGFA-2. Stephen A. White, Dictionnaire Généalogique des Familles Acadiennes: 1715 à 1780 (Moncton, NB: Centre d'Études Acadiennes, draft version), ARSENEAU no. 39 b. Pierre married 1st on 6 Apr 1786 to Pélagie BABIN, daughter of Jean-Jacques & Marguerite LANDRY (Register St. James); the marriage was annulled.
