"Twin Couples" what I call couples with identical names. Common names such as Joseph & Marie with LeBlanc, Landry, Breau, Cormier etc. When we arrived in Louisiana on the Mississippi there were three "twin couples". One couple got together in Acadie, one in MD/PA, and the 3rd married here. We had about 20 children baptized with the same reported parents & only one marriage. Many people had them just on the couple that married here It took weeks to divide them between the three couples & there were a few that were still "best guess". Does anyone remember the couples names? This is one of the many reasons you need to be careful with what you find online.
