If you are the Walter I helped years ago, I believe the Jeff Parish library has a copy. (their catalogue is closed?) I can do some lookups from my copy but there are many things that "have changed" since 1979. Use as a guide & verify elsewhere. Hi, I don't know where your located but there are libraries in the WorldCat that have a copy, including the Library of Congress.
