Besides Terrebonne they cover the whole Lafouche Interior region (Lafouche & Assumption) Terrebonne Genealogical Society http://www.terrebonnegenealogicalsociety.org/ a 25 year lifeline article index http://www.terrebonnegenealogicalsociety.org/25-year-index/ Their In Print Publication http://www.terrebonnegenealogicalsociety.org/book-list/ They continued the Church Register books 1902-1946! (The price for their journal must be wrong.)
Paul, The price for the journal is the 4 issues per year bound together. That is anywhere from 250 to more than 300 pages. The first year we only published 3 issues therefore it is less expensive. The price is correct - $30.00 for a years' worth of Terrebonne Life Lines. You said we continued the Church Register books from 1902 - 1946. We were not able to get access to the church register books. These are public records, the later years are marriage records. From 1926 forward Assumption Parish marriages are included also. Thanks for the plug. Our new website is still in the baby steps of getting up and running. Nancy L. Wright Director, Terrebonne Genealogical Soc.
