Eurella Olivier Boudreaux March 23, 2025 - May 8, 2010 Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at a 1:00 PM Mass of Christian Burial in Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Scott, for Eurella Olivier Boudreaux, 85, who passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at her residence in Scott. Entombment will be in Sts. Peter & Paul Mausoleum.Reverend Thomas Voorhies, Pastor of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Scott, will be the Celebrant of the Funeral Mass and will conduct the funeral services. Giftbearers will be Lawrence and Norma Olivier. Lectors will be Rick and Cathy Matte. Musical Selections will be "Amazing Grace", "I Can Only Imagine", "How Great Thou Art" and "Pie Jesu" for the services. Survivors include two daughters, Betty Pryor of Scott and Beverly Menard and her husband Harris of Lafayette; one son, Larry Boudreaux and his wife Sharon of Lafayette; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one sister, Joyce Benoit and her husband "JB"; and two brothers, Lawrence Olivier and his wife Norma and Willien Olivier.She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John W. Boudreaux; one son, Kenric Boudreaux; one grandson, Wayne Smith; parents, Clemen and Josephine Brasseau Olivier; five brothers; and three sisters. A resident of Scott for most of her life, Eurella Boudreaux was a retired Lafayette Parish School Board cafeteria worker. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed cooking and going to the casino. Eurella Boudreaux will be dearly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.Pallbearers will be Lawrence Olivier, Lance Menard, Kelvin Boyer, Scott Bourgeois, Rick Matte and Kerney Olivier.The family requests that visitation be observed in Martin & Castille's Scott location on Monday, May 10, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday from 8:00 AM until time of service. A Rosary will be prayed on Monday by Deacon James Davis at 7:00 PM in Martin & Castille Funeral Home.
