Hi Andre: She'd been married twice before, to George Roundtree and to Victorin Boudreaux: Constant, Philomene, widow of George Roundtree (Manuel & Pauline Romerre) m. 11 April 1882 Victorin Boudreaux (Thib Ct. Hse. Mar. v. 24, #66) (Thib. Ch. v.10, p. 99) Her parents were Manuel Constant and Anne Pauline Delores Romero.
