I found the image. I could not find pierre baptisimal Images anyone? Paul Le B l'Ascumption Louisiane Quebec Vital and Church Records (Drouin Collection), 1621-1967 about Abraham Poirier Name: Abraham Poirier Spouse: Agnes Bellivau Event Year: 1759-1795 Event: Mariage (Marriage) Religion: Catholique Place of Worship or Institution: Restigouche (registres des Missionnaires) Province: Québec (Quebec) -----Original Message----- From: pleblan@aim.com Thanks C & Karen Their marriage was recorded at saint-andre-de-restigouche, Quebec. I wonder if the family was up there or the priest from there did a mission (Circut ride) down to Mirimachi area (NB). Any information if Pierre came with the three Broussard groups (from Halifax) or if he was one of the handful of young males who found their own way to Louisiane? I am going to check Drouin on Ancestry for their records. Anyone else wants them, ask off list. Paul Le B l'Ascension Louisiane -----Original Message----- From: KATheriot@aol.com Paul & Crew, Pierre Poirier was the son of Abraham Poirier & his 2nd wife Agnes Beliveau [not Lanoue]. Agnes had been married 1st to Honore Lanoue, hence the confusion. Abraham was the son of Michel (4) POIRIER & Madeleine BOURGEOIS (as child m, p. 1332 SAW's DGFA). Agnes was the daughter of Charles Belliveau dit Bideau, in SAW's DGFA p. 102, (BELLIVEAU 4). There she is shown as child m--Agnes, married 1st on 7 Feb 1737 to Honore LANOUE, 2nd on 7 Jan 1761 to Abraham POIRIER. Karen Theriot Reader
