Merci mille fois, chers! I answered Alan's query based on what I've learned over the years about the transformations and variations of family names, of French and other origins. That Quibodeau seems like a variant of Thibodeau seemed logical, just as Decato seems like a variant of Descoteaux. [I don't know if that's accurate either!] I welcome the opportunity to learn something new. At this point in my life, it doesn't happen every day! Since the starting center of the Minnesota Vikings (my namesake and nephew) won't be playing, because the other team won in a breeze, I'll be rooting for the team that won the NFC. Because Anne Lemoyne, sister of Charles is my 8G-Grandmother, that's why!
