Thanks Rita They are finally restarting after Katherina!!! Note they are still displaced. There was a general movement to the northshore from upper St-Bernard even before the storm. There was some movement of the Islandos (Canary Islanders) between the settlement there and the two near the Acadian Coast for several generations.
