My Jean-Doris story We believe my 6th GGMother Marie Aucoin's (who died in England) children (who came to Louisiana) were the Nieces & Nephews of Joseph & Pierre Aucoin who helped found Cheticamp. Our belief is based on the physical closeness & serving as god-parents & witnesses at rites while the families were in France. -----Original Message----- From: John Estano deRoche via ACADIAN <acadian@rootsweb.com> Jean Doris LeBlanc is a great Acadian, a retired teacher, and an important genealogist of Chéticamp.
