Mark, You need to revisit the FamilySearch website. The primary search no longer contains the speculations you are referring to, but only documentable information and their source. The speculations are still in the family trees of the genealogies and the new Family Tree project, but you do not get those unless you specifically ask for them. Oh, FYI, those family data are not only LDS church members, but many of the general public have submitted family trees and contribute to the Family Tree project.
