Colin Re your last point about printing, I have designed a proforma or template in Word for census extracts from FreeCEN. Then I copy & paste the relevant sections of the record into the template. I reckon to be able to get up to five full familial households on one page which is far better for filing and referencing. I think you should easily be able to get all six members of your example household on a single page since much of the data will be common and not worth printing every time. Just my two-pennorth. Hi Ray I will probably do the same, but it should not be necessary. The FAQ's on the site say: "I used to be able to print a census on one sheet of paper ... Answer: We agree that the old view of household transcriptions made a lovely one page print out. We are now printing out the entire transcription, plus details of the family, which can go across several pages. We are, however, listening to customer feedback and our technical team are looking at ways of improving this print experience with the enhanced data. We are confident that we will find a better way so please bear with us." So hopefully it will be improved at some point. Colin
