BrightSolid, or BSOP (BrightSolid On-line Publishing) as it is now called, is part of the Dundee-based media company DC Thomson (think Dandy & Beano for those of us who enjoy[ed] our comics) who also publish the (Aberdeen) P&J., (Dundee) Courier and Sunday Post newspapers (amongst other publications) in Scotland.
