    3. Will this help anyone? I am looking for the parents of Isobel Shireffs (various spellings there) who was born about 1772 in Lonmay. On the Hugh Wallis site, there are many there about that time. But no Isabel. She married John Walker in 1794 in Peterhead. On the 1845 Statistical Account it refers to "Estate of Park" and a John Lumsden Sheriffs, Esq., of Blairmormond, and that the estate belonged to the Frasers. I did find a Thos Sheriffs married to a Fraser, no first name in Lonmay in the 1770 time frame, but no Isobel. Then I got to thinking just maybe I could find something else out IF I had any info on the Estate of Park. This one is in or near Lonmay ABD. Thanks for the help from the Listers......Goldie ----- Original Message ----- From: "Isobel Davidson" <Isobel.Davidson@tesco.net> To: <aberdeen@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, November 05, 2009 3:19 PM Subject: Re: [ABERDEEN] ESTATE OF PARK > Now I'm confused - too many Parks - which one is it - there is one at > Cornhill, north of Huntly, I assumed it was that one if the Gordons had a > connection.
