Hi Goldie: The Book of the Duffs mentions Park and the transition from the Gordons to the Duffs on page 403 and chapter 37 ( pages 553, 555, 559) If you don't have access to it, I'll see what I can manage.     3. My understanding was that in the mid 1700's it was owned by the Frasers.......I'd like to get my hands on something that will tell me for sure and also something about the SHERIFFS family. It's like trying to find the proverbial needle. See them on Streetmap at http://bit.ly/ParkLonmay [zoom out to 1:25000 or 1:50000]. I can't find Blairmormond but Mormond Hill is about 2 miles west of Park straddling the parish border between Rathen and Strichen.
