Hi Suzanne, This is a most interesting topic. I recently received an email from Google introducing a new service/program called Google Wave. It's still in the development stages but it promises to allow what you would like in your perfect world. It needs genealogists who are proficient at writing code to develop the extensions that would be specific to family history research. I was quite excited by the possibilities for us in our avocation. To find out more follow this link. http://wave.google.com/help/wave/about.html Cheers, David Smith
