Glen, There is another advantage to using RootsWeb WorldConnect. Although the data shown to the world have been "cleansed" per your choices, the GEDCOM file is maintained in its "as sent" form. This GEDCOM may be retrieved by you at any time. This makes it a free "off site" backup of your complete data file. For this reason I regularly update the data. BTW: another option is to not show any information on potentially living people, which is my choice.
