That strikes me as unlikely. The mills have all changed hands and/or disappeared, so I think the chances of any lists of employees surviving would be low. If any have survived, I would expect them to have ended up either with Aberdeen City Archives or with the University of Aberdeen Library (Special Collections). Gavin Bell
