Her second child, Ann Donald born 1854+/- again I could find no record of birth or marriage. But Ann Donald's marriage registration list as parents John Donald & Ann Duncan. In Census from 1841 thru 1881 she is listed as living in Ellon, ABD > > > >Could someone with access to MI's in the Ellon area see if any of this people are listed. > > You can check the name index of the (unpublished) MIs for Ellon parish kirkyard at: http://www.abdnet.co.uk/mi-index/ ... although I see no Ann DUNCAN listed. From the "Burial Grounds" website at: http://www.abdnet.co.uk/burialgrounds/ you will see that there are two other burial grounds in the parish, the Episcopal kirkyard and the Cemetery. I know of no MI transcriptions for either, and I suspect that the start dates for the burial records may be too late to encompass the elder Ann. However, I note that there are, unusually, "OPR Deaths" for Ellon (ie the parish kirkyard) from 1638-1854. Gavin Bell
