PAF is regularly updated and downloadable to any computer. No cost. Use the link on the www.familysearch.org site and you can select the download by what type of computer you have--which specific windows version of your p.c. you've got, or Apple if that's what you have. I believe there's now a PAF 5.5 version, so whoever is struggling with PAF 3, take heart!
