Hi, Marina, I did a search of census records up through 1920 for Douglas and Bremner (I also looked at Bremmer) for the District of Columbia (Wash DC), Virginia, and Maryland bordering states. I did not find you Patricia or Margaret there. Then I did a search in the newspaper archives (but not everything is archived) and I also did not find them here. Sorry I could not help you in your search. There is a genealogical society in Washington DC, one in Maryland, and one in Virginia. She could be in any of those places or moved someplace entirely different. When did she come to the US? You gave her date of birth but not her date of emmigration. Also, did she have an occupation? Both went to Pennsylvania, USA where Patricia married Stafford Coulter. I have most of the information on this family taken from Ancestry. However I cannot trace Elizabeth apart from finding her on Passenger lists one which states she is going to her sister Margaret Douglas in Washington DC. It would seem most of the children of Peter and Christina Bremner immigrated to various parts of the USA. If anyone is researching this family, I would be pleased to hear from them.
