If you have the latest FTM 2010 you can check the help at the top of the window and then click Getting started. Now click to import a tree. You have to have a FTM newer than 5.0. If older you can downloaded 5.0 and uses it to copy your files to it and then to 2010. If you have a newer version it is a matter of Clicking on "To Import a Tree". I have Win 7, 64 bit and this worked great for me. Hope this helps.
